The decentralization and participative management system is implemented in our college. College hasformed number of committees for the proper and smooth implementation ofleadership and management intimate to the principal time to time, principaldelegates the administrative power to the teaching faculty in charge. Howeversupervision of academic, co-curricular and extracurricular activity carried outby principal with the help of different committees. Principal of the collegehas the responsibility of academic administrative development with thisobjective. Principal has support to academic in-charge. Respective departmentalhead have given liberty and responsibility for overall working and smoothfunctioning of their departments.
Besides, the annual function is beingcelebrated with the distribution of responsibilities of various events throughthe participation of student council, function non-teaching staff and studentsby the college.
